We recently purchased a Bragada Milan queen-size mattress set online! That was a big purchase, but we didn’t really feel that it was “sight unseen”, because the Bragada website is packed with information, clear photos, close-ups and cut-away diagrams,videos, easy to read and compare models with pricing and shipping information all right there. The sales people were also very helpful and knowledgeable about their product and answered questions clearly–no sales pressure at all.
We had done lots of on-line reading about memory foam mattresses, had tried out a few in retail stores and liked the concept, but didn’t have much confidence in the offerings: big blocks of foam with cloth slipcovers, basically. Some of them would be delivered rolled up! Some would have to “air out” for several days because of chemical smells!
But the Bragada mattresses are beautifully made (in Indiana, USA!) and look, as well as feel, like the luxury mattresses that they are. We expecially like the extra softly padded mattress cover layer that can only be described as “cozy”. The mattress is soft where it needs to be, yet supportive at the same time–hard to describe, easy to experience! My hips and knees are much “happier” in the morning, now!
When we got our new mattress from Bragada, we will not only felt that we have a wonderful bed, but we feel very smart for having made such a good choice!
