I am very unsatisfied with my S&F Exeter Queen set. It is 2 years old and now I must go out and buy something else.

The main reason is the sagging where my husband and I sleep and on the sides where you would sit. I have regular and overstuffed mattress pads under my sheets. When the bed is made up, I can still see the sags where we lay. We both weigh under 200lbs, so extreme weight is not the issue. It is so uncomfortable, we both toss all night.

This mattress is so heavy that it is very difficult for even two people to flip and turn it as often as S&F recommend.

I purchased this set online from an out of state business,(I won’t do that again) because at the time, they were cheaper than locals. They were not concerned with my unsatisfaction and told me to contact S&F in Texas. I did and they said there was nothing they could do.
