I purchased a king-sized latex foam mattress from Verlo in Boulder Colorado in February, 2005. Within several months, the mattress became lumpy. The side where I slept sagged while the middle felt like I had to roll up hill to get there. I called the store manager and left a message for him to call back. I never received a call. A week later, I called again, this time speaking to the manager, who said he would call me back the next Monday to set up appointment time to come and look at the mattress. I never heard from him. The next week, I went to the store and spoke with him directly. He set up an appointment for someone to pick up the mattress, which they did. They were to take the mattress to their store, work on it and return it that evening with a delivery time set up for after 5 pm. When I arrived home that evening, my mattress was sitting on the front porch, with a note indicating the time of 2:45. It said that no one answered the door and we were the last stop. I had to find someone to help me get the mattress into my house. Now the new mattress is so firm, that my back hurts every morning. I have never heard from the manager asking if the new mattress was any better. The worst thing is that I paid $1800.00
