Cons: No returns, exchanges, etc. If the bed isn’t fixed, I’ll have an expensive lesson.
Originally, I bought the brand on a recommendation from a relative. Tried the Ultra in one of their stores, liked it and bought it.
After only a month sleeping on it, there’s a noticeable sag on my side of the bed, while my wife’s side has none. I’m only 6′1″ 205 lbs, so it’s not like a weight issue.
I asked for them to adjust the bed per their 60-day comfort guarantee, and they will make an adjustment to make the bed more firm. Pick up is this morning and they’ll return it a week from today.
