Hubby and I stopped by the Verlo store and purchased what seemed to be a very comfortable mattress. The salesman was very good, and delivery was great. The mattress initially was wonderful, but over time it developed a depression so that I always ended up in the same hole with my husband. My back ached interminably, and I slept only fitfully. Even worse, when we propped it up prior to moving it to another room, the layers shifted! It only lasted 2 1/2 years, and that was only because we couldn’t afford another one. It cost us over $1000! The guarantee was worthless - read carefully - it is only covered by the store where it was bought, and the Fairview Heights IL store went out of business. I will never buy another Verlo. We bought our next mattress at Sears and what a difference!
