Cons: price too hard mattress unfriendly salespeople
Not too good experience with the salesman. No handles on mattress for ease of turning. Called store to ask why and salesman said I didn’t ask for them. (Didn’t know they were optional as all of my other beds have them and he never presented them as an option.) He didn’t offer to put them on afterwards, even for a charge.
I love this about salespeople nowadays……. I have 2 other homes and 9 bedsets to replace and now Verlo will get none of it.
