This is a great mattress set. We got a king size set. This was our first mattress from verlo. Our last one was a Simmons and it was a no flip set by 6 months we had 2 people size holes in the mattress and they came to look at it and told us there was nothing they could do. That was a $1200 mistake. Now that we have our verlo we have no problems. It is so nice to flip our bed and keep it flat. The sales man was very smart and knew his product well. Every thing we great. I will never own another mattress set from any one else. I am getting my kids beds there once we get our tax return back. Thank you verlo you are great!

My husband and I were looking for a mattress firmer than a pillow top but softer than the floor. The showroom model felt great, but the one we got was like a completely different mattress. It was so firm, but we were told that it would take some time to soften up. Well, they were right, within six months we had gullies on both sides, which was really irritating because we flipped and rotated that mattress religiously (and it’s very heavy). At 11 1/2 months I couldn’t take it anymore. I hadn’t had a decent nights sleep since we got the mattress; I felt like I was sleeping in a hole, I woke up with a sore back every morning and every time my husband breathed heavy I could feel it. The Naperville Illinois store came out and determined that the box springs were defective, which had caused the gullies, and graciously replaced both the mattress and box springs. But the story doesn’t end there. We have had the new set 9 months and we are having the same problems all over again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this model.
