After 20 years, we decided to catch up with the 21st century and buy a new style of bed. What a horrible mistake! I might as well have stuck with the old water beds that swept the country! This bed is way overpriced, way overrated, and way under comfortable. We have struggled with the adjustments to find comfort. I, in particular, have awakened with neck and back aches. I never felt level (my side on the edge feels like I am tipping out) and because of the difference in our levels out bed looks saggy on one side when made. After 28 days of “free trial” I made a decision to return to a normal comfortable mattress. Upon calling for return, I was met with a Customer Service person who insisted that I could change things and he would send somebody out with a piece that would firm up my side to make the bed level. Obviously, this has happened before or they would not readily have a piece to “fix” this problem Oh, I see, this wasn’t included in the original bed. Now they send out extra pieces to fix the bed. This is like a car with no turn signals! Here’s the “free trial” costs…Pick up the bed………..$199.00

Oh yeah, here’s the kicker. I could box up all the pieces and UPS them back. Let’s see….they took all the boxes and I just can’t figure out how to smash it all in a shoe box! Actually, the inside of the bed I could probably fit in a shoe box. Am I upset? You bet. To all my friends that were waiting for a review to purchase this bed, I say run! Run fast and run smart.
