My receipt for my second Englander mattress says, Lifestyle Comfort PT and I can tell you that there is NO COMFORT. After 2 weeks my mattress got lumpy. It’s on a noisey Leggett Platt adjustable frame of which we were advised was just what we wanted. Had I known that the lumpy mattress I was replacing was also an Englander, I never would have purchased this at great expense of totalling over $3600!
My dealer in town won’t warrant it and it seems the Rome, GA plant made both these crappy mattresses. I am going to warrant both of them, while stopping payment on the newest mattress. Who could believe that in less than one month my side of the bed is LUMPY while the side not slept on is still flat. It is totally uncomfortable. I have stopped sleeping on it.
Englander makes you jump through hoops to warrant it but I am the squeaky wheel and will not be discouraged if that is their main intention.
I would not take an Englander mattress if it were free.
They are total CRAP! Their customer service is less than friendly and cooperative.
Englander also told me that I would have to pay shipping for a return or replacement to which I replied, I am NOT paying for your defective mattress and I want no part of anymore Englander mattresses!
I have learned my lesson and will only buy what Consumer Reports recommends which is Serta…or Sealy sold by Costco is also a choice since Costco is so consumer friendly.
