My husband and I purchased the Comfortaire Cerulean Mattress in 2003 from NationwideMattress.com. We opted for the dual chambers so that we could adjust the firmness to suit us and the optional visco pad (memory foam). This cost $1008 total (shipping was free). It was one of our smartest decisions. First, Richard from Nationwide has his customer service down pat! He is professional and answered all my e-mails promptly-a definite plus in my book! Our mattress arrived shortly after placing our order and it was simple to set up. My husband and I absolutely love being able to adjust each side to our liking. Sometimes I like the mattress firmer and other times softer. I like to fill it up completely and work down from there. This year (2007) we noticed our mattress was sagging in the center and sides, so I e-mailed Richard from Nationwide. Within the hour I received a response saying he was sending me new side rails and a center pad. We received them today (within a week of my e-mail) and our mattress seems to be as good as new. As soon as I finish this review, I’m going to bed to find out! If you are in the market for an air-filled mattress such as this, I would highly recommend Nationwide Mattress and Richard in particular. It has been one of the most hassle-free and enjoyable purchases we have made.
