I bought a Stearns&Foster, PL Euro top Queen mattress and a box from Levin furniture and was also talked into purchase a Guarding bed sack to protect the mattress and, add to additional mattress protection and to secure the warranty.The mattress was great at first two years later we discovered a sag in the mattress not too much so we thought not to much about it three years later the sag became an impression of 1 1/2″ so much that we both had back problems every morning.We wrote Stearns&Foster a letter hoping to get some hope to the fix we are in they refused to honor their Warranty because their technician noticed a stain not much greater then a pencil eraser head.I paid four times the cost of a regular mattress just so it would come with a warranty and we hoped it would last four times the normal mattress, Until I received the letter from Stearns&Foster, Refusing to honor the warranty that we had paid extra to insure.
