I purchased the Stearns & Foster Golden Elegance King Size Mattress with its box set three years ago. It has developed deep depressions where both sleepers sleep. To make matters worse, Stearns & Foster does not have a customer service department. You have to contact the dealer. As a result, there is no mechanism in place to know if other consumers have had the same problem or if I simply purchased a defective product. This is simply unacceptable for a premium brand that charges more than four times the average cost of a mattress.
