Cons: Company will not stand by their warranty on a clearly defective product.
Paid $1700 for a Stearns and Foster through Wards before they went out of business. No center support on the mattress causing you to roll to the center. Causes fatigue and muscle aches. Stearns and Foster does not stand behind their products. They have twice sent an inspector out who ONLY measures for “indentations” and refuses to lie on the bed or to consider the real problem. We are going to file suit against Sealy for not warranting a bad product that clearly states a 10 warranty. At this point it’s not a financial motivation. It’s the issue of purchasing a so called “premium product” warranty that the company makes it nearly impossible to utilize on a bad product.
