Positive nice fabric covering the mattress
Cons: soft, lumpy, body indentations, can’t sleep well on it
We spent a lot of money on our mattress and had it replaced once due to extreme indentations where we sleep. Now about 9 months later we can’t believe the awful lumpy look of our second mattress. I can’t sleep well, plus, my feet are on a rise compared to the rest of my body and on my back there is space behind my knees. Really bad. We are not big people. Asked around and looked at friends and relatives mattresses, no other brands are like this at even many years old. I don’t know what to do.

Cons: price,no comfort,poor stability
The mattress is only 14 months old and the area where my wife and I sleep have shown a tremendous amount of wear.We are both average size.She weighs 120lbs. and I weigh 185lbs. I paid $1392.00 for the Mattress. $1500.00 in chiropractic care because of the pain this mattress has caused me. I have not slept a solid 5hrs on this mattress since we have owned it. It just keeps getting worse. My hope is that it is defective and will be replaced, but from the previous reviews the warranty isn’t what they state it to be. The inspector is due to come in a few days to inspect the mattress.I’ll be sure to write again.
This bed is a nightmare

Cons: Too soft, body impressions formed after only 6 months, motion transfer
We have had it three years. I has two hammocks where we each sleep and we flip it regularly (a feat in itself). I wake up at night hurting all over and feeling like I have been hit by a truck. We tried to have warranty work on it and the “inspector” that came meausured the indentations and they were not big enough to warrant a return. They measured 1 1/4 inches! It is way to soft and when my husband gets in bed it is like an earthquake. I bought it due to a recommendation by a family member. I want to set fire to it right now but paid $1800 for it!
