This mattress is very firm, to the point that it does not give. I like firm mattresses and med to firm, I have always had firm mattress but this goes beyond saying. This is not what I call a back supporter, because it breaks down your back and leaves it black and blue over time. You get no restful sleep. I do not recommend this bed to people who have back problems, this does not solve your problems and could make them worse over a period of time. I can only sleep on this product two to fours hours a night, then I end up in Chair or sofa.
I went back to the store to talk with the dealer on this bed and the store is no longer there. The mattress does hold up and looks as good as new but that is the only thing I can say for it. I am sorry I bought this product and disappointed in Spring Air.
