We bough this mattress thinking that it was really what it was advertise and the seller at HR furniture gallery assured us that it gives a good support for the back and doesn’t take body impression so that I won’t feel the body of my husband lying net to me.
Less than 3 months later we start waking up with very sore backs and I realized that I was always rolling toward my husband (as he is heavier than me) so my body was horizontally inclined towards him.
I contacted the store I bought it from and they didn’t seem to consider it as a big issue. After six months with the same problem we insisted that they send us a representative from Simmons and the result wasn’t better. They said there is no structural problem with the mattress and the warranty doesn’t cover our comfort. I tried to explain to them that this is beyond comfort as the mattress doesn’t the basic properties and they said yes we understand but we cannot do any thing to help you!!!
So after spending 1700$ on a Simmons mattress we ended up sleeping on our old coach that is still more comfortable.
