Cons: Very uncomfortable
I bought this mattress and according to Simmons website, their mattresses are made for comfort. This is by far the most uncomfortable mattress, back pain and very uncomfortable. Simmons would not consider refund or exchange and said comfort is subjective, they don’t guarantee comfort. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Simmons products.

We purchased this mattress from the Mattress Firm after being told it would work on a platform type foundation that we had. This bed is killing my back! Every Morning when I get up I feel like I have a separation in my back and when I move for several hours it is very painful. I am so disappointed in this mattress that I intend to return it to the store and Yes - go back to a Serta - Perfect Sleeper!
