Well, I recently bought a Select Comfort mattress from the online site (selectcomfort.com) and I have slept in it for about a month now so I think I can write a review.

First of all, we (my wife and I) went with the cheapest of thier mattresses because we were looking at sleeping “on air”. When you buy the upgrades, you are buying padding that will mat over time.

So, we got a queen, dual chamber bed. You have to assemble it when you get it. Its fairly easy but its funny getting 3 smallish boxes and wondering how you are going to sleep on them.

Once you are assembled, you blow up your mattresses. They are not the cheap plastic ones that you would see in Walmart. They look durable and they are… see later.

Now you lay on your mattress and adjust the firmness. They dont really tell you how firm you should have a mattress. It is usually just trial and error.

I have back problems and I sleep on my stomach (which is a bad combination), and I have found a setting that keeps my back from hurting in the morning. Also, I recently hurt my back and I was able to adjust the mattress so that my back didnt hurt when I slept.

I really like the mattress and barely, if at all, notice the divider between the two air mattresses even though my wife’s side is significatly firmer than my side.

Also, the mattress is very durable. You can do… the normal things you do on a bed an not worry about popping it. It is a bit strange if you roll from a firm side to a soft side but it is not a problem.
