I bought and loved their pillow through my chiropractor. Canceled my $2148 order after being told to call a long distance number to set up delivery. I called tempurpedic for an 800 number and was told the long distance number (to who knows where)was my only option. I felt that this kind of service was foreshadowing post-delivery service and canceled. With the price they ask, I would think the arrangement for delivery would be more professional. I am glad now that I have read about the durability that I canceled. This kind of money for 2 or 3 years is not what I wanted anyway.
