Our story…

Less that two years ago, my husband I decided to upgrade our 12 year old son’s bedroom with new bedroom furniture to include a brand “new” queen size Posture Builder Comfort Seal Pillowtop Englander mattress. Purchasing the new furniture…good choice; purchasing the new Englander mattress…BAD, BAD, BAD choice!

Like most of the reviews, the mattress was great in the store and for a few months after purchase. However, in less than a year’s time, we noticed the body impressions. As recommended by the manufacturer, we followed the turning schedule to the “T”, but needless to say, the mattress continues to fall apart. Our son currently only weighs 113 pounds and to our dismay, the mattress body impressions continues to get larger and larger by the day. Our son’s back and neck pains continues to be a great source of concern for us to the point that we’re now mattress shopping again! We just can’t bear to see him in pain ALL the time because of the poorly built mattress. We don’t want to go through all the hassle and tribulation most people who have experienced this problem have gone through with the manufacturer in trying to get this resolved. We just want to tell anyone who will listen to stay away from any products this manufacturer makes - it’s not worth in the long run. We still may consider calling our local news station to expose this problem many consumers seemed to be having to at least shed some light on the company’s bad product, policy and no customer service attitude.
