I purchased Kingsdown legends cloud 6 months ago at Mattress Giant. Within the first month I noticed that one side sagged more than the other. Also the sagging was at my lower back. After contacting both the store and Kingsdown they sent out someone to look at the bed. LOOK at the bed! I showed the guy that when weight was put on the mattress how it sagged he informed me that when they test a bed they do not put weight on the bed. They measure without pressure on the mattress. He told me to rotate mattress every month so 3 months have passed and I rotate the bed. I have never had lower back problems know I can’t lay on that bed for long periods of time without my lower back having problems. I understand that beds will sag eventually but I would hope that a $1500 bed would last at least 1 year. I also understand that not all products are perfect but both kingsdown and mattress giant won’t stand behind their product. When I purchased the bed Mattress Giants sales rep informed me that it would be wise to buy from them they have been around for awhile and they stand behind their product. This is the last thing they are doing. Please do yourself a favor and Do not buy your mattress at Mattress Giant, the customer service their has been horrible. I wouldn’t reccommend Mattress Giant or Kingsdown. The bed is suppose to have a 10 year warranty but that is if they admit there is something wrong with the bed. Which they won’t.
