I think the best feature is the helical wires that go head to toe instead of across. That way you don’t roll to the middle! This is a major plus if your spouse is heavier than you!
The Serta is soft yet supportive. I cannot believe what a difference it has made in our lives. We have had our "wonder bed" for 6 months now, and my husband gets out of bed so much easier than he used to. I, myself, sleep so sound I don’t hear the noises that "go bump in the night!" I wake up refreshed and ready for a full day!
