Associates of mine have this and love it as much as I do. They use it when they are traveling, as some beds in the hotels are not comfortable. They either lay it on top of the mattress or just put it on the floor.
Standard sheets fit the bed just fine Toppers and mattress pads for this bed can be purchased at //www.pacifikatz.com/Deluxe-Aero-Bed.htm… They are a bit costly.I just use the sheets and a comforter and it works perfect.

I had the coleman mattess before I got the Aero bed. I had to pump it up myself that took almost a half hour, very inconvenient. The quality and comfort were not even close to the aero bed and for that fact. I hardly ever used that bed it was to much hassle.
