Well we bought our bed online and recived it 11 days later as expected. We had paid for the set up and removal of our old bed. After they put it together, it apeared nice. The next morning we woke up and the frame had disconnected in the center. The bed now had a huge dip in the middle (center of frame touching ground). After speaking to select confort (they were apologetic), they stated they would overnight a new frame. The probem is that it’s friday. We won’t see it until monday. The crew would be there on tuesday to re-set it up. However, we now have to sleep on the air mattress on the floor until tuesday. Select comfort did offer to take the deliver fee off ($150.00). My wife and I just did not feel that that was good enough as we sleep on the floor in the middle of our room. The air pump at our heads and cords and controls at our sides. We just could not help feeling like we paid 1,200 for a camping mattress on the floor. Today we called and asked they to come get their bed parts out of our home. Tonight we start shopping for a new one!
