I purchased this mattress from Mattress Firm a few months ago. It was really comfortable in the store. The product has failed to meet my expectations. It doesn’t seem to form around my body like it is supposed to. I almost feel like pushing it down, as it is very hard and uncomfortable. At first, it was wonderful, but now it’s losing it’s flair. The warranty is ridiculous, as it requires a visible dip in the mattress, which is absolutely impossible with this type of material. They also charge you to test for that standard, which is not in my contract, and was not told to me before I purchased the mattress. I really wish I had gotten the other brand of foam mattresses, as it felt more comfortable, but was double the price. However, at around $2,000 for a mattress, my expectations were in no way met. It’s not the worst mattress, but I could have done better. It’s also very heavy and moves a lot on my sleigh bed, so I get stuck with my pillows going down in between the bed and the headboard, and I am unable to move it by myself. I am still hoping to one day enjoy this mattress, but it has been quite some time and it’s only going downhill. I wish I had gotten something else.
