After much research and “test-driving” in mattress stores 3 years ago I finally broke down and spent $1000 to buy this Lady Englander. My delight ended within the first 3 months. It started with “body impressions” and commenced to full-fledged sagging. By the end of the first year it had a pronounced “sinkhole” in the middle. Rotating it as instructed didn’t help. Though a pillow-top on only one side, in desperation I flipped the mattress and slept on the bare bottom. Within a few weeks that too began to sag.
I have been miserable attempting a good night’s sleep on this mattress and have kept it this long hoping it was salvageable after all the money I put into buying it. The place where I bought it, Sleep USA, is now out of business in my area (big surprise!!) When closely reading the warranty that came with the bed, I see that the CUSTOMER is responsible for freight back to the factory to see if it falls under the warranty specifications. Even if it did, would I want it replaced with another like it? NO!! It is beyond hopeless and I hope I can give it away…maybe someone will be willing to use it for a dog bed.
