Positive adjustable firmness on each side
Cons: the cliff between the sides sucks, extremely loud motor, loses inflatability over time
I’ve owned my queen premier series bed for 3 years now and I am completely unimpressed. The bed no longer inflates to its full capacity so it never gets as firm as it did the first year I had it. The motor is soooo loud that it terrifies my cat worse than the vacume cleaner and my downstairs neighbors had to ask me not to inflate my bed after 9 pm. When I first bought the mattress I slept in it alone, but now that I have a “sleep partner” who likes his side firmer than I like mine, we have found that there is a small cliff separating our sides of the bed. This makes snuggling extremely uncomfortable to say the least. Returning the bed definately crossed my mind within the first few months I owned it, but I had already tossed the 4 or 5 huge boxes it came in, so it was easier just to keep the thing than send it back. Boy am I sorry now.

I have had my Nautilus Premier Series Mattress for over 2 years and it is as good today as the day I got it. I suffered with back pain for 9 years on a high quality spring mattress and I will never go back to one again. I went against what was recommended and placed it on top of our box spring from our old mattress and have had no problems because of this. I mounted the remotes on the head board right next to us so all we have to do is reach up and adjust the bed if needed. I now get the most restful sleep I have ever had and thank Nautilus for it.
