This has been the worst sleeping experience I have ever had. We spent in excess of $2100 for the Nautilus air bed 3 years ago. We purchased the Ultimate Queen size. Today I replaced the darn thing with a Simmons mattress. The Nautilus was okay for maybe the first year, then the pillow top and underlying foam kept moving, I was constantly unzipping the pillow top and centering the top foam layer. Then the center section started to show itself by rising up. Next it started to have a hammock effect down the center of both sides, no matter how much air we put in it. I think the materials used were very inferior. I found customer service regarding our problems was terrible. They could offer no solution or replacement. They could have cared less if the darn thing fell apart. Their warranty is useless. If you have to have an airbed go for the Select Comfort, I understand they have higher quality parts and lower cost, plus you have that number system to help adjust to your comfort zone. We are done with airbeds…back to a traditional high quality mattress with pocketed separate coils. It’s no wonder that they are not selling the Nautilus beds as before. A complete waste of time, money and sleep for us regarding our Nautilus purchase. Caveat Emptor
