My wife has been having back pain issues and we decided that it was time to get a quality mattress. So we tried the famous Select Comfort store and decided to go with the 3000 queen size model. The staff told us that the “ONLY” cost if we decided that it was not for us would be around $90 to ship it back through UPS. Well, we like to cuddle and that is just not an option when you basically have two twin mattresses with foam between them. So we decided to send it back. It cost $198 and some change. Then later we notice that there is still $149.99 on our credit card statement. So we talk to the same staff that told us how much it would cost to return and they said, “Oh, that was how much it cost for delivery and set-up”. So I asked if they would take care of it, and they basically said “no”. I tried calling the 1-800 number and the lady was very rude and I felt like she was just saying “Tuff Doodoo” (I’ll keep it clean). To test drive this mattress cost me just under $350.00. I will never refer anyone I like to Select Comfort and make sure you sit down and read all the fine print. Because they will say anything to make a sell.
