I bought my select comfort after breaking my collarbone–hoping it would make sleep more comfortable. IT DID! And still does, 4 years later. I can discern no change in the wear or shape of the mattress after all that time. Others complained of it sagging, but I have not seen that–it only “sags” when you make the setting very soft (isn’t that what soft does…sag?). The current ads make a big deal on the “sleep number” saying each person has one… but I like to change it, depending on my body’s mood….firm is sometimes great, but after a workout soft is great too. I highly recommend this product, its exactly what they claim it to be, and moreso. The worst part about traveling for me, is I have to sleep on a traditional mattress, when I’m used to my lovely select comfort bed at home….
