I have had my Kingsdown Dormo Mattress for about two years now. Before my wife and I slept on a standard box spring mattress and I would wake up in the middle of the night with my left arm going numb. We decided to get a new mattress two years ago and went to the big stores such as Serta, and tried different mattresses such as that sleep number bed. We came across this Kindsdown bed at a Sleepy’s and were a little skeptical at first, but we tried the test bed and it suggested with my pain and my wife’s needs we should get the number two bed. The sales woman was very nice and explained that what I was feeling in the middle of the night was nerve entrapment and that the Kingsdown system would help alleviate that pain. Well we went home to think about it and narrowed our search down to the Kingsdown Dormo or the Sleep Number Bed. We decided that if we are going to spend that much money we should be getting something besides air and with the good return policy we had nothing to loose. We have not had any problems with our mattress unlike some of the other reviews have mentioned, of course we followed the manufactures recommendations about flipping the mattress every six months. I suspect that some of these that have had problems either did not get the correct mattress for them, they did not follow the Kingsdown recommendations, or it truly was a defect. However, I want to give my opinion from a truly grateful and well rested buyer. I would buy another Kingsdown Mattress.
