WE BOUGHT THIS MATTRESS 5 YEARS AGO IN NC. AT A DISCOUNT WHOLESALE STORE. I WENT IN ASKING FOR A STEARNS AND FOSTER AND WAS SOLD THIS ONE THAT THE CLERK TOLD ME WAS BETTER THAN THE STEARNS AND FOSTER. I FORGET WHAT ALL OF THE SALES PITCH WAS BUT SHE SOLD ME. IT IS THE WORSE MATTRESS I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON. AT FIRST IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE BUT IN LESS THAT A YEAR IT SAGS AND DOES NOT SUPPORT THE BACK. MY BACK HAS GOTTEN SEVERLY WORSE AND I’M SURE IT IS BECAUSE OF THE MATTRESS.MY HUSBAND IS CURRENTLY IN REHAB FOR BACK SURGERY. THE MATTRESS ITSELF LOOKS BEAUTIFUL BUT THE PILLOW TOP GIVES AWAY AND HAS NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. THE LIFETIME WARRANTY IS NO GOOD AND SINCE I BOUGHT IT IN N.C. AND HAD IT DELIVERED TO FL. THERE IS NO ONE I CAN TURN TO FOR HELP. AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MATTRESS TO ANYONE.THIS MATTRESS CANNOT BE FLIPPED SINCE IT IS A PILLOW TOP BUT I HAVE ROTATED IT AND THAT DOES NOT HELP. MY HUSBAND IS 200# AND I AM 130# AND NEITHER ONE OF US SLEEPS WELL ON IT. I WAS TOLD IT IS A $2,000.00 MATTRESS AND I COULD BUY IT FOR HALF. NOW I FIND OUT IT IS $1,199.00 AT MATTRESS GIANT. I AM LOOKING FOR A MATTRESS THAT GIVES FULL SUPPORT AND DON’T KNOW WHETHER TO GO FOR A FOAM OR AIR MATTRESS NOW. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. I AM ALSO GOING TO CHECK WITH THE ORTHOPEDIC DR. THANKS
