I bought KingKoil because I was looking for a recognized brand with Warrantee and Service.

My first week on the mattress was good but after that it was a disaster.

I was sunken in my side of the bed, I had a terrible pain in my back and I literally had to climb a mountain to reach the other side of my king size bed.

Immediately, I contacted KingKoil Argentina who operates under the representation of Limansky ( http://www.limansky.com ).

They sent a person to examine the mattress who agree with me about the POOR QUALITY of the product that I bought for good.

I offer KingKoil to pay more and change the mattress for the one they recommend, no matter how expensive could be.

Weeks later, they called me and their response was simply NO.

Weeks later, I was sleeping even worse and I thought that may be I did not reached the right service people so I called again.

The same person visited me, saw that the product was worse that before, but just clarified me he did not find any defect, only poor quality and as he was only responsible for the Guaranties.

The most surprising thing was that two days later, the poor man felt bad for the situation, call me and suggested me to write King Koil in USA or complain in the consumers associations….

I am still sleeping on the same mattress, sunken, feeling that I trusted a company with a Big Name but disappointed me.

I am certain that they may have a different product where I can have a decent night’s sleep.

A bad quality product can be much worse when a company has a bad quality service and KIN KOIL Argentina has Both.

If you live in Argentina or Uruguay , Don’t buy KingKoil . There are other companies who care for their customers.
