We were told that this top end model had been made for over 20 years, and that it easily would fit into our older home–salesman said that it would fold from top to bottom for delivery. That was not true and after nearly ruining my staircase banister, the bed was delivered. We began complaining immediately, and after not hearing from the manager for a few weeks, some excuse was given and we were told that they had to pick up the bed and examine it in their shop. I explained the banister situation and begged him to come and at least look at the bed. No deal.
So after less than 2 years, I am desperately looking for a replacement. Every night away from home at friends or hotels is a real treat. I have never slept on such a bouncy, lumpy bed ever. And the salesman told me that this should not happen in a king-size bed, and I agree, but it does (unless we’re sleeping at Marriott or our relatives homes). Don’t even consider this product. They will not even come look at a problem. I bought an entire house-full of new furniture and appliances and this mattress is the only single regret I have.
