We bought our Nautilus 4 years ago. We have never regretted it since. I have had back surgery, and was replacing the $2K mattresses every two years. Manufacturers told me that 1 1/5″ sag was normal wear - not a defective product. Well, my back could not take the sag - hence - constantly repurchasing beds.
We have had nothing but good experiences with Nautilus. We had one leaking chamber year. I called, within 2 days I received a replacement. Great customer service. Unlike other reviews, we have had no problems with the foam sides - but we do not sit on the edge of the bed either, and didn’t on conventional mattresses for the same reason. I don’t consider the pump noisy - Only during severe temperature changes (spring usually) do we have to re-adjust other than maybe once per quarter. I have replaced the egg crate - which is normal wear. I also love the fact I can take it apart and air it out!
My sister has an older select comfort(now sleep number) - she swears by their bed, although they have had multiple tube kinks and leaks. She also has replaced eggs crates, foam pads, etc. I’ve slept on their bed prior to our purchase and noted the difference in the feel of the chambers. You don’t feel you are on an air mattress with Nautilus.
For the comfort and price I highly recommend the nautilus. Other relatives have had nothing but positives also.
