After many years and several different mattresses, we finally found a good one - the Simmons BackCare. It comes in 3 different lumbar support indices; 10%, 20% and 30%. After much research and pricing, we settled on the Sweetbriar model with a LSI of 20%. The LSI 30% models only came with a pillow top, which would have meant buying all new sheets too, since our regular Queen size bedding wouldn’t have fit. And DO get the matching boxspring - the mattress is designed in tandem with it and I think w/o it the warranty - 10 years, no questions asked, is void.
