I had Lower Back surgery two years ago and have suffered with morning back pain ever since. My wife and I never went cheap when I came to our mattresses and would typically spend $1,500 to $2,000 every 5 to 7 years on a new mattress. While shopping for a new mattress we tried the Select Comfort. We were impressed with the features; Adjustable, Warranty, Style. We ordered it from a local Mall store and it was delivered and set up professionally.
After two weeks (14 nights) neither my wife nor I can get comfortable. My back pain, though in a different place is worse than it was on the old mattress. We could not get a good night sleep. We tried settings from 15 to 90 to no avail.
Personally I am disappointed. I was looking forward to an adjustable mattress that could please us both. We have decided to return the product, which I learned will cost us $199.00 due to the fact that we had it professionally installed and they took the boxes.
The overall quality of the product seems good though we have only had it two weeks; the Sales and installation service from the company was acceptable. The Customer Service was a bit of a problem on the return. They kept trying to talk us out of returning it.
Overall, the product is very high priced and results for us were less than desirable.
Now that I have read some of the other reviews, I most likely would not have purchased the product.
