I have been sleeping on the bed for about 16 days. Thought it was fantastic in the beginning but after about 6 nights I started noticing that the pillow top was beginning to dent where my hips rest and I was feeling the pressure point. I went to the store and discussed this with the sales rep who was extremely nice and helpful. We both noticed that in between the time of my purchase and delivery that the store display model had been changed and she said the pillow top had been upgraded from what I had. My rep suggested I contact customer service. I actually thought they would not even blink and as I was still under the 30 day risk free policy they would make an immediate exchange with no cost to me and not even ask questions. This is called “a gesture of good will” and anyone who is in business should know that this is an integral part of keeping customers and good customer relations. After being told that I would have to pay for the price difference (approx. 50 USD) and the cost of shipping and returning the mattress I currently have, I made a plea to a supervisor (who it took two days and many phone calls to finally get through to) who rejected the notion of good will and after much back and forth discussion was happy to accept my request to return the bed and part ways. The company was not smart enough to try to make reparations and send me the “upgraded” version of the 5000 model without blinking as I was still within their “no risk” period. Just think, they might have actually been able to keep the approx. 2,000 USD I paid. It is no wonder that their sales are down - which I discovered today after doing a bit of research….
