It was comfortable to start but after one year I began to feel the vertical wires of the spring frame on my hip. At first I just could not believe it. We had been following the recommended flip rules so it didn’t matter which side. If I would move during the night from my position between the “high” spots then the outside of my hip would be sore like a bruise in the morning. We are both very average in size. This was reported to our local dealer who said it is between us and Kingsdown. They contacted Kingsdown. We heard nothing for a month then at 5pm one evening we got a call from the Kingsdown representative that he would be at our house in 20 minutes! Two men arrived and after usual support, flip, damage, etc checks passed, one laid down but did not feel anything. I believe being dressed in a suit prevented him from feeling it, although a true test was a little impractical under the circumstances. They said there was nothing Kingsdown could do for us. I phoned head office and talked to management but no change. Went shopping for a new mattress and this piece of crap was taken by the delivery guys to go to a charity.
