Positive The quality of the cloth material and the handles is very good.
Cons: Spring quality or method for holding uniform support is poor.

My wife and I purchased a S&F Bradford King Set in March of 2004 and we where happy with it for about 2 years and not since. We have followed rotation and flipping instructions but after rotation or flipping same discomfort and uneven surface returns almost immediatlly. Not the quality we paid for!

Sorry to be anti this bed but I tried..and hard..too like it.

The pump was broke from day 1. Then the second pump broke and I am screwed. Plus the bed seems to leak over time.

Truly disappointed as this bed isn’t up too par.

10 month mattress looks like 25 years

Positive nice fabric covering the mattress
Cons: soft, lumpy, body indentations, can’t sleep well on it

We spent a lot of money on our mattress and had it replaced once due to extreme indentations where we sleep. Now about 9 months later we can’t believe the awful lumpy look of our second mattress. I can’t sleep well, plus, my feet are on a rise compared to the rest of my body and on my back there is space behind my knees. Really bad. We are not big people. Asked around and looked at friends and relatives mattresses, no other brands are like this at even many years old. I don’t know what to do.

Positive The first customer service lady, Marge was a gem!
Cons: Less than 90 days old and two major failures!

One side of the mattress is quilted with a silk blend for a cooler sleeping surface during the spring and summer months. The other side is quilted with a wool blend for warmth in the fall and winter.
