Well I heard so much good stuff about the simmons backcare so I decide to give it a try. What a mistake.

They try to do this 5 zone design so you will have a better support for the back. Well nice try guys, it only work if you lie down sideways. The bed is OK if you lie down sideway, if you lie down with your back, you start to get back pain all over the place, the back support is just too strong. The problem with that design is that, you cannot use the same force when somebody lying down sideway or by their back, it is just not the same. Major Major design flaw.

I think maybe the bed is just too firm, so I got some padding for the bed. IT is still hard as a rock. I swear, I can feel the coil pushing my spine, not a pretty picture.

So I give up after a few night. I call up Value city furniture, and have them return it. Guess what, they goes like for state health reason, we cannot take the mattress back. I guess no one in US ever return a bad mattress once they bought it right? Because it is the state health regulation right?

So the moral of the story, don’t buy from Value city furniture and don’t buy Simmons. One have bad service, the other have bad mattress, take your pick.

By the way, I still have my $600+ mattress sitting in the room for declaration if anyone want to share my pain.
