I have my bed for over a year now, and have had only one problem which they took care of so quick it made my head spin.
The one side would not inflate and they sent me a new mattress NEXT DAY AIR UPS… I was shocked. No hassles at all.
I had a motorcycle accident and had hurt my back when I was a lot younger. My back has always bothered me when I would wake up in the mornings. I am also a bigger guy at 270 pounds. I think I have bought every “top of the line” mattress out there at one time or another. Only to have them wear out and get that nice little dip in them.
It was between this and temperpedic. And i went with Nautilus because of being able to adjust the mattress.
Decided to give this bed a try. It is funny to come home from work and see your whole front yard full of boxes from UPS. My whole front porch was full of boxes.
It took me about 2 hours to put everything together and it was easy to assemble.
Woke up the next morning and was amazed. It was the first time in probably ten years that I awoke without my back hurting. I have not gotten up in the morning with a back ache since.
This is the best money I have spent on a bed!
My girlfriend loves the bed. I like a softer mattress and she likes extra frim. So this bed accomodates both of us.
I do wish the remotes were like select comfort and had a read out on them so you could see what the setting is so you can get both sides exactly the same.
I believe I paid about $1500.00 and got a deal with free foundation and the extra top and visco.
