I used to have a Sealy Crown Jewel and within 3 years the mattress was sagging in the middle. Sealy was great and came out and measured the bed and sure enough, it was defective. They offered to replace the bed and I though I better upgrade to Sterns and Foster. Sealy again was terrific to work with on the replacement–super nice people and no long waits on hold with customer service.
I ordered a Kentfield Pillow Top, paid extra for the upgrade, and within 90 days the mattress was sagging and my back was killing me. I’ve never experienced such aches from a mattress. Amazing.
I called Sterns and Foster (aka: Sealy) and Sealy sent out someone to measure…and sure enough, it was sagging.
