I’m one of those people who bought a mattress that seemed firm at the store but not so after a few nights’ use. I got the mattress topper in April, and just loved it. I like a very firm bed, and I was able to achieve it with this product. However, in September I noticed that a couple of the quatra coils had popped inside causing a lump. In the course of a week or so, more coils popped, until I had a huge lump about the size of a football. This made the mattress completely unusable. It’s covered by the warranty, but sending it back and waiting for a new one is a major inconvenience. I must say I really miss it.
