I am a little confused on some of these reviews that are SO bad…we have been sleeping on Select Comfort Beds for 10+ years now. We originally purchased the Queen Size basic model and loved it. When we remodeled our house and added on a bigger master bedroom we decided to go for the King pillowtop.
I love these beds…it is so great to be able to adjust either side to each persons preference. My husband likes his bed to soft it’s funny…so I am glad to make my side the way I want it.
Someone complained about air loss…do you think you may have put something together wrong? We leave the hoses attached to ours at all times and have never had a problem. Or maybe the bed is defective and needs to be replaced??? Mistakes happen…
