I have had the bed for one year and AM glad I bought it. I do think it is over priced for what you get but it is a good bed. At the store, I ordered the dual chamber bed and tried it for 3-4 nights and did NOT like the dip in the middle of the bed that was caused by the two bladders. I contacted Customer Service and SWAPPED out for a single bladder mattress (I like it better). They swapped out at NO COST to me. Mattress holds air very well. I NEVER hear the pump come on except for when I adjust it. Someone mentioned a “mold problem”, I have NO IDEA how that could happy unless they are spilling a liquid on the bed. I have considered buying another 5000 bed for the spare bedroom. I’ll wait and see when they offer zero interest for 18 months as I did when I bought my first bed. Great way to buy the bed since they are on the expensive side. If you have never seen the bed, try to stop by one of the showrooms to check them out. If you know what you want, you can buy on line for the same price and avoid going to the mall. I bought two pillows at the same time I bought the bed. Pillows really didn’t hold up that well. Lost there “firmness” and I have even tried to fluff them in the dryer and even washed them in a front load washer.
