The 7000 series was extremely comfortable until almost everything went wrong with it. It lasted about 3 months. Customer support is miserable and they will not send a technician to fix your bed. You must do it yourself. “Five minutes is all it takes” is what the pleasant customer service drone will tell you over the phone as she reads from a script that she does not herself comprehend. Parts take 5 days to arrive, during which time you are relegated to the sofa. When they do arrive they come with no documentation, no instructions…nothing. Upon arrival you must take the bed completely apart which is hardly a five-minute affair, rather it can consume the better part of the evening. Finally, your labor is rewarded only if the speculative trouble-shooting from five days before happens to be on target–in my experience they have been correct a third of the time. The solution for me has been to simply pump up the bed and plug the hoses until it slowly deflates over a few days, open up the chamber to refill–meaning I have to rip the bedding apart–and repeat this every week or so–turning it into the equivalent of what I could buy at WalMart for $79. It is absolutely the worst purchase of my adult life. In the event you buy one of these it could very well work just fine but if it breaks you are in for a nightmare, as after the 30 day return period expires, you are stuck with this thing for the rest of your life. We are moving in a month and I will very likely leave this thing on the sidewalk.
