Sleep Comfort Bed Select Comfort Imperial Mattress
Thursday, August 28th, 2008I bought my Select Comfort bed about 4 years ago, so from reading some of the stories maybe I should consider myself lucky to have at least having four years of not dealing with defective equipment.
My problem deals with the air pump (firmness control system, what a sham) some how it just started losing air from one of the air chambers and it was my Wifes side of the bed. Well I called Select Comfort and was told that to replace the pump it was going to cost me $65 dollars because after two years the warranty only covers 80% and add 4% for every year after that. Needless to say I was very disappointed with how the company is taking care of my problem. When I received the replacement I noticed that it was labeled as refurbished.
